1. How large is your company?
Goodbrand Lending has a staff of nearly 60 loan officers, loan processors, administrative and support staff members to service you. Here at GoodBrand Lending, we truly believe in the team concept. When you start the loan process with us, you are assigned a loan officer, a loan processor, and loan coordinator. This is the reason why we are able to close your loan so quickly and efficiently.
2. I have bad credit? Can you help me?
Although GoodBrand Lending offers some of the most competitive rates available to individuals with outstanding credit, we actually specialize in offering competitive financing to individuals with “no-so-great” credit, bankruptcies, foreclosures, charge offs, collections and the like.
3. How long does the process usually take?
Our typical refinance process takes approximately 2-3 weeks, with some closings taking as little as 8-10 days.
4. I’m purchasing a home soon. How much must I have for a down payment?
We offer loans with up to 100% financing based on your credit. Additionally, in some cases, your closing costs can be built into your loan!! Just ask us for more details.
5. In which states do you lend?
GoodBrand Lending originates mortgage loans in approximately 40 states nationwide. For a list of states we lend in, please call our office directly.
6. What happens after I apply with GoodBrand Lending on this web site?
You will receive either an e-mail or phone call from a GoodBrand Lending representative within 24 hours of submission of your application. This e-mail or phone call will indicate the status of your application and the next steps you need to take.
7. What if I need help after regular business hours?
Our regular hours of business are Monday - Friday 9 A.M. - 6 P.M. PST. If you need help after regular business hours, please call 949-355-6200, or send us an e-mail at info@ghlcorp.com. You will then be contacted by GoodBrand Lending representative the next business day.
8. What if I receive an e-mail or am notified by the site that I will be contacted within 1 hour during regular business hours and the current time is not during your regular business hours?
